the location proved convenient for accessing the golden temple.. a mere ten-minute walk. its proximity to various restaurants and shopping areas was also convenient. the reliable taxi service available at the reception was an added bonus.
the soundproofing in the room was lacking.. i could easily hear outside noise. the internet connection was also quite poor.. it made it difficult to work from the room. i think the hotel can improve this.

The location is quite convenient. It is a short walk to the Golden Temple and nearby markets. The reception area is excellent and well-kept. A taxi service is available near the reception.
There was a disturbance late at night. Someone was shouting and banging until late at night and I had trouble sleeping. The hotel is in a busy area. Electric rickshaw drivers constantly try to get your attention when you leave the hotel.

the location proved ideal.. it was just a brief walk to key attractions. i found the reception area excellent and cute. i benefited from an unexpected room upgrade and an early check-in, which greatly enhanced my stay. arranging a reliable taxi through the reception was efficient and convenient.
soundproofing could see an improvement, as i occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms.

my room featured a spacious layout and was very clean. there were two separate sinks, a well kept shower, and the provided amenities were more than adequate for a comfortable, multi-day stay. temperature controls worked flawlessly.

the staff consistently demonstrated attentiveness and professionalism. requests were handled promptly and efficiently. the concierge service was especially helpful in providing local information and arranging transportation, made navigating the area easier.

the hotel has a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both indian and continental dishes. the on-site restaurant presented a diverse menu.

Fantastic Central Hotel Experience

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to the Golden Temple. It was a short walk. The breakfast buffet offered endless options. I especially enjoyed the authentic Indian dishes. The restaurant provided excellent food. Chef Gaurav prepared dishes from all over India. The room was comfortable. The bed was very clean and modern.
The soundproofing in the room was not great. I could hear some street noise.

The rooftop pool area is great. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering fitness options. The hotel also features a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating and city views.
